Cooking course in Tuscany?

I’m thinking of doing a food/wine/cooking course in Tuscany but I don’t drive. Alot of the courses I have looked at on the net stipulate that you must rent a car. I was hoping there might be some that will move everybody around in a mini-bus for example. Does anyone know? Thanks.
Thank you Trusted Writer – there is one there that includes a driver.

I know about one that doesn’t specify that you need to drive, in fact it covers your transportation, if you check this link for further information, http://www.escorteditalytours.com/italycookingtours/tuscanchef.htm

“Everyday a Soup” is an old Garfagnano proverb. If a cookbook devoted solely to soups from just this section of Northern Tuscany sounds limited, a look at its recipes proves otherwise. There are soups rich with meat, hearty with grains, swimming with fish, graced with cream, or creamy with puréed vegetables. One of the chapters tells the story of farro, a pleasingly flavored wheatlike grain…
